What you buy
A download of An Echo's Voice by EchosVoice ($9.99) or of one of its songs ($1.29). The album comes as one ZIP with every song as MP3 at 320 kbps and as FLAC, the cover and a PDF booklet; a song comes as the MP3, the FLAC and the cover.
Or EchoSound, the music visualizer: EchoSound for Windows ($4.99), EchoSound Developer for Windows ($6.98), or developer mode for a copy you already have ($1.99). EchoSound comes as one ZIP for Windows. Each purchase of EchoSound or EchoSound Developer is its own copy with its own copy number; developer mode comes on in EchoSound Developer, or as a code for that copy.
Who sells it
Checkout runs on Stripe. Under Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe is the merchant of record: it takes the payment, handles tax, and its buyer terms govern the sale, refunds and disputes. The music is by EchosVoice, who delivers the files.
Delivery
After checkout you are sent a link by email. The link works for thirty days and ten downloads. If it runs out or expires, the download page lets you ask for fresh links to the address you bought with; they replace the old ones.
Your licence
The files are yours to keep and play for your own listening, on any device you own, for as long as you like. You may not sell them, give copies away, post them, or use them in anything you publish or distribute (a video, a stream, a game, an app) without written permission. Ask first: hello@echosvoice.org.
Your copy of EchoSound is yours to install and use on computers you own. Its copy number and code belong to that copy: you may not sell or share them, sell or give away the app, or take it apart.
The open-source parts of EchoSound, listed in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt and the licenses folder in its ZIP, stay under their own licences.
The previews and the words
The thirty-second previews are for listening on this site. The words of every song are published here for reading; they stay EchosVoice's.
Refunds
Digital goods; see the refund policy. Write first and most things get fixed with a fresh link.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last did, and a purchase is governed by the terms in force when it was made.
