Most problems are a link that stopped working or a file that did not open, and the fix is fresh links to the address you bought with: the form on the download page, or hello@echosvoice.org. A note to that address gets a person, not a form.
Digital goods
What you buy here is a download. Once the files have been sent, the purchase is complete; a download cannot be handed back the way a record can.
Stripe's terms govern
Checkout runs under Stripe Managed Payments, so Stripe, as merchant of record, decides refunds and disputes under its buyer terms, including the cases where a refund is owed. If a refund is made, the download links for that purchase are switched off.
EchoSound
EchoSound for Windows, EchoSound Developer for Windows and the developer mode upgrade are digital goods too, and the same rules apply.
Refunding EchoSound for Windows or EchoSound Developer for Windows switches off that copy's download links.
Refunding the developer mode upgrade ($1.99) turns developer mode off in later downloads of that copy. A copy where it is already switched on stays on.
When EchoSound is sold on Google Play or Steam, a purchase there follows that store's refund rules.
